I put together a unique and comprehensive marketing plan to “Stand Out from the Crowd” to market your home or property to the right audience.  Remember, our competition is the other homes available in the market right now, not what has already sold.

I Call.

Prospective Homebuyers and their Realtors can reach me via a wide variety of communication methods

Around the clock - via mobile phone, voicemail, answering service, office attendant, pager, text messaging, instant messaging, the internet, and email - enabling me to quickly respond to and call-back interested parties.

I Show.

I’ll coordinate he showing of your home between you and other Realtors.  I don’t just list your home and expect someone else to sell it for me.  I work hard to produce a ready, will and able Buyer myself to sell your home too.

I Verify.

I will review with you all of the paperwork, including the title report on your home to assure an accurate transaction.  Over the years, Real Estate has become very complicated legally with all sorts of disclosure concerns and agency relationships, I will help explain and guide you through the process.  I count on a number of Seasoned , Experienced  Professionals in all areas of my business to help me, help my Clientele.

I Represent.

I will represent your best interests when dealing with prospects and their Realtors so you can concentrate on other things.  I will concentrate on keeping you intouch and up-to-date so that the transaction is as stress-free as possible.  I’ve realized through the years, this is one of the most important areas of my professional service to you and I continue to strive towards fulfilling your expectations.

I’m not going to tell you that I haven’t lost a listing or that I sell every home in town.  I will tell you that
